Policies

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING NATURAL HAND & FOOT THERAPY TO SERVICE YOU.  A PROFESSIONAL, THERAPEUTIC, PLEASANT AND RELAXING EXPERIENCE AWAITS YOU, THEREFORE WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES TO ENSURE THIS FOR EVERYONE.

APPOINTMENTS
APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MADE UP TO 4 HOURS PRIOR. CLICK ON "SERVICES" TAB FOR SERVICE MENU/PRICING/DESCRIPTIONS. A VALID CC/DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK SERVICES. THE CARD USED FOR BOOKING IS CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF SERVICE AND/OR FOR A  GUEST NO CALL/NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION. SERVICES ARE STARTED AT THE BOOKED APPOINTMENT TIME.  PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO CHECK IN. 

CELLPHONES

TURN CELLPHONES OFF OR ON SILENT DURING SERVICE.  THE GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO TAKE THE CALL OUTSIDE OF THE SALON.  AS A COURTESY TO OTHER SCHEDULED GUESTS, YOU WILL BE OFFERED THE CHOICE TO EITHER 1. RECEIVE A SERVICE THAT CAN BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIME ALLOWED OR 2. RESCHEDULE THE SERVICE.  WE VALUE OUR GUESTS AND THEIR TIME.


CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUESTS
CHILDREN AGES 12 AND UP ARE WELCOME FOR SERVICES. SERVICE(S) MUST BE BOOKED UNDER THEIR NAME AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.  

 

LATE ARRIVALS
YOU ARE CONSIDERED LATE IF YOU ARRIVE AT THE SCHEDULED SERVICE START TIME; GUESTS MUST CHECK-IN 15 MINUTES PRIOR.  WE DO APPRECIATE A CALL  803-200-2676 TO LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL BE A LATE ARRIVAL.  YOUR SERVICE MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED AS TO NOT DISRUPT OTHER APPOINTMENTS.  

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO CALL/NO SHOWS

Appointments must be cancelled 2 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time.  Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) are charged 50% of the service price.  More than 2 Late Cancellations will result in required deposit of 50% of service price.  No Shows/No Calls are charged 100%  of the service price to the card on file. More than 2 No Shows/No Calls will result in prepayment of service price. 

MEDICAL REFERRAL AND RELEASE FOR SERVICES
DURING THE SERVICE CONSULTATION AND ANALYSIS, WE WILL DISCUSS ANY ISSUES THAT CAN/MAY BE CONTRAINDICATIVE TO THE REQUESTED SERVICE.  CONSULTATIONS ARE PERFORMED AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY GUEST APPOINTMENT.  IF THE PRESENCE OF ABNORMAL SKIN/NAILS IS RECOGNIZED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PERFORM THE SERVICE, RECOMMEND AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE AND/OR REFER THE GUEST TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.   SERVICES WILL NOT RESUME WITHOUT WRITTEN RELEASE FROM PRIMARY CARE GIVER, WHICH MUST BE PRESENTED AT RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.  FOR TOENAIL RESTORATION SERVICE, AN AUTHORIZATION FOR PEDICURE MUST BE SIGNED BY YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO SERVICE. THE FORM CAN BE DOWNLOADED AND PRINTED HERE.

 

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
PAYMENT IS DUE ONCE SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED.  WE ACCEPT CASH, CC/DEBIT CARDS (VISA, MC). THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS CASH OR ANOTHER CARD IS PRESENTED.

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS/WALK IN SERVICES
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS/WALK IN SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF FOREST PINES ONLY.

 

TIPPING/GRATUITY
WHILE IT IS ALWAYS NICE TO RECEIVE A SHOW OF APPRECIATION FROM GUESTS, IT IS NOT EXPECTED OR MANDATORY. WE PREFER FOR OUR GUESTS TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE THRU REFERRAL AND/OR  ONLINE REVIEW ON FB, YELP OR GOOGLE.  SHARING IS CARING!!!
